“The best advice I ever got: Have a coach. The one thing people are never good at is seeing themselves as others see them. A coach really, really helps.”
Eric Schmidt

ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment. Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole. Standing on this foundation, the coach’s responsibility is to:

  • Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve
  • Encourage client self-discovery
  • Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
  • Hold the client responsible and accountable

This process helps clients dramatically improve their outlook on work and life, while improving leadership skills and moving towards new possibilities.

Coaching is more about having a guide by your side than a sage on the stage. It’s about having a partner on the journey from where you are to where you wish to be. I believe the clients I work with are capable in reaching beyond their current perceived limits and help them take bold steps to achieve their aspirations.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1496202160558{padding-top: 5px !important;padding-right: 5px !important;padding-bottom: 5px !important;padding-left: 5px !important;}”]

“Everyone needs a coach. We all need people who will give us feedback. That’s how we improve.”
